Founder and CEO

YY Lin is the Founder and CEO of Lindom Company. YY has a successful history of property development and management that extends three decades and has managed or developed assets totaling 1.3 million square feet and $175 million in value. In 1995, YY formed Lindom Properties, Inc., specializing in a full-spectrum of real estate services, including land and commercial development, real estate brokerage, management and investments. Within one year of operating, the Los Angeles Times named Lindom as one of the top developers in the Los Angeles area. Utilizing extensive connections to Pacific Rim equity fund sources, Lindom has successfully bridged Asian investment capital to real estate opportunities in California. Prior to founding Lindom, YY accepted a position at General Bank of Los Angeles as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of GBC Real Estate Company, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank. He oversaw the company's daily business operations, which included real estate investment, syndication and management. Earlier, YY practiced architectural and urban design at Harwood K. Smith & Partners in Dallas for three years, and then took a position at SPG (Socíeté Privée de Gérance) International, a Swiss company specializing in a wide range of real estate developments, and the largest privately held real estate investment company at that time. YY rose to become Vice President and headed the real estate development division Formally educated in Taiwan with a Bachelor of Architecture degree, YY completed his studies with a Master of Architecture from McGill University in Montreal, Canada and a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He remains active at the local Harvard-Radcliff Club and was a School Committee member for fourteen years. Mr. Lin is an active member of the Taiwanese United Fund (TUF), a non-profit organization that promotes Taiwanese arts, culture, and heritage, serving as President in 2004, and now a Board Member. In 2006, Mr. Lin also served as President of the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce of Greater Los Angeles (TACCLA) and the Vice President of Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce of North America, which has 38 chapters throughout North America.

Managing Partner

Eugene Page is a Managing Partner at Lindom. He brings his expertise in the areas of marketing, strategy consulting, workouts, repositioning and brokerage. For the past decade, Gene has been a senior managing director at the Charles Dunn Company, an 85-year old brokerage, property management and asset management firm. He joined Charles Dunn by opening a new office for the company in the north Orange County region before moving to company headquarters in Los Angeles. At Charles Dunn, he has assisted clients to lease, purchase or sell property to support their financial and operational goals.

Prior to Charles Dunn, Gene developed and co-led the worldwide Organizational Strategy practice for Jones Lang LaSalle where he helped clients such as Boeing, Disney, Capital One, Bank of America, Whirlpool and others design and implement internal real estate functions that support corporate strategy. For Universal Studios, he developed a real estate plan to support the company’s long-term strategy to compete with Disney in the Orlando resort market with its Universal Escape.

Earlier, Gene was a Director of Corporate Real Estate Consulting Services at Price Waterhouse where he worked on projects as varied as New York’s Rockefeller Center and the bankruptcy of the Megafoods grocery chain in Arizona. Gene was also previously Principal and International Director of Knight Frank Faulkner, a Los Angeles based real estate brokerage firm, which he helped launch and grow over 11 years. Earlier in his career, he was with Cushman & Wakefield.

Gene earned an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California and a B.S. from Villanova University in Pennsylvania. He is a past member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and holds the SIOR designation. He has lectured all over the world. He serves on the Board of Directors of the USC Marshall Alumni Association of Orange County and is a mentor in USC’s Career Advantage Program for undergraduates.

John Deacon is a Partner at Lindom Company and heads the company’s capital management division. He received his B.A. Magna Cum Laude from the University of California at San Diego with majors in Economics and Philosophy. Prior to joining Lindom in 2012, John served as an equity analyst and investment advisor at the Los Angeles-based hedge fund, Galileo Partners, LLC. He brings his expertise in financial analysis and investment strategy and specializes in the areas of asset allocation, risk assessment, underwriting and investment management.

Kenneth is an Associate at Lindom Companies, with a focus on deal underwriting and capital management. Prior to joining Lindom Companies, Mr. Lin was CFO and Co-Founder of SunGreen Systems, a commercial solar power developer in Los Angeles. During his tenure at SunGreen, Mr. Lin was responsible for project finance, corporate accounting, and financial reporting for the company. He was part of a management team that led the company to a Top 200 ranking amongst national solar contractors in 2013 and 2014, and a Top 100 ranking in 2015. Mr. Lin also served previously as an Asset Manager at Lindom Properties, a full-service real estate firm, where he managed a $120M portfolio of real estate investments and led over $50M in development and acquisition projects. Kenneth earned a B.S. degree in Atmospheric Science from UCLA, and an M.B.A.from the USC Marshall School of Business.
